YOUR BEAUTY LABEL – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, quotations, orders and agreements between YOUR BEAUTY LABEL

(Alfrink Cosmetics B.V.) and its customers.

1. Company Information

2. Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, services, quotations and agreements offered by YOUR BEAUTY LABEL.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

3. Products

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL offers cosmetic and beauty products, including private label products for salons, YBL

professionals and beauty businesses.

Minor differences in color, packaging or printing may occur between production batches and do not

automatically qualify as manufacturing defects.

4. Private Label Orders

Private label orders may include:

Customized packaging
Logo printing
Product labeling
Packaging production
Design approval

Production only starts after:

Written design approval
Agreement on quotation
Required payment has been received

5. Pricing

All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.

Prices may exclude:

VAT
Shipping costs
Import duties
Packaging development costs
Design costs

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed:

Custom packaging must be paid 100% upfront
Product orders require 50% upfront payment
Remaining balance must be paid before shipment

Production and shipment may be delayed if payments are not received on time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, suppliers, transport or

customs procedures.

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

Risk transfers to the customer upon shipment.

8. Inspection Period

Customers must inspect products within 10 days after delivery.

Visible defects or complaints regarding packaging or printing must be reported in writing within this

period.

After the inspection period, products are considered accepted.

9. Manufacturing Defects

Confirmed manufacturing defects that significantly differ from approved designs may be replaced or

compensated at YOUR BEAUTY LABEL'S discretion.

Minor variations in printing position, color, saturation or packaging appearance are not considered

defects.

10. Product Compliance

Products supplied by YOUR BEAUTY LABEL are manufactured in accordance with applicable EU cosmetic

regulations.

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL may act as Responsible Person for cosmetic products unless otherwise agreed.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, visuals, designs and materials on the YOUR BEAUTY LABEL website remain the property of

Alfrink Cosmetics B.V. unless otherwise agreed.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring they own the rights to logos or artwork provided for private

label production.

12. Limitation of Liability

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL'S liability is limited to the value of the supplied products.

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL is not liable for:

Indirect damages
Loss of profits
Consequential damages
Incorrect product usage
Allergic reactions
Customer branding or marketing claims

Customers remain responsible for correct use, retail sales and local compliance obligations.

13. Returns & Refunds

Due to the customized nature of private label products, customized orders cannot be cancelled,

returned or refunded once production has started.

Standard products may only be returned after written approval.

14. Force Majeure

YOUR BEAUTY LABEL is not liable for delays or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control,

including:

Supplier issues
Transport delays
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Technical failures
Labor shortages

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.

Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in The Netherlands.
